So much to do, so little sleep.

HOWEVER, things are semi-sort-of back on track. Some bad things happened, but some good stuff happened too - and the year's not over yet! And it's not like I haven't gotten anything done lately. I recently updated/organized/backed up EVERYTHING on my hard drive... ohhh yes, it took forever, but it's done now and I am glad. You also might have seen my posts not too long ago - yes, I am still into that thing called photography, even if I haven't had much time to do it lately. Now that I've got everything all cleaned up and stuff, I'll probably be able to post even more soon.

As for Halloween... Jareth the Goblin King costume is a-go! I've got practically everything for it, except for the poofy white shirt (I needed one with ruffles, which surprisingly I did not already have), and this magical make-up stuff that, I have been told, will keep my pretty Jareth-styled eyeshadow from fading away (a must-have, considering no self-respecting Goblin King - er, Queen? - EVER walks around with messed-up make-up!). I have acquired the iconic pendant and staff (made them myself, I did), but I will probably hold off posting them until Halloween weekend, when I shall also have a most wonderful collection of full-costume shots of myself and some friends to post and share with all. Not to mention I've got tons of scaaary props to play with this year. It's gonna be great.

In the writing world - I've been kind of slacking off in that area lately, but I've promised my most illustrious illustrator, Rox, that I shall get back on the ball with that soon. I have been working on a Barry the Chopper one-shot FMA fic (Rox, don't hurt me!) which I may or may not post when it is finished... I have also been hard at work on my NFAA YoungArts submissions - it's up to them now to tell me how the hell to submit it. DX But all's well that ends well... and it WILL end well, even if I have to hunt them down to make it happen. To all the other NFAA contestants this year: good luck!

Finally... October 17th is Wear Something Gaudy Day - so I wish you all a wonderful Saturday. (Do it!!! It'll be fun!!!)
