Workplay, Secret Projects and More!

I may be gradually growing more insane as time passes. I may just be a wee bit bored. At any rate, LOTS of stuff going on. Here's the quick version: 1. I HAS NEW BLOG. Yes. To those of you who might recall me only just going on about how I'm going to put Stranger Dreaming on probably-permanent hiatus, this will sound pretty silly. And it is. But not that way. I recently (as in, just the other day) created a workplay blog, which, as I keep telling everyone, is like a workblog, but with greater capacity for tomfoolery. Also, poetry. NEW JEWELRY + TRINKET SHOP: Alkimery

This is something I've been thinking about for a long time (and preparing the paperwork for over the course of what felt like an eternity). It's one of those "my friends and family kept telling me I should try it" ideas, and it took root, and it got to the point where I became determined to do just that -- try it, and see what happens. TRES EARLY Spring Cleaning

So, as usual, a lot has happened since I last updated. Or posted. Or even looked at deviantArt. Good grief. Moving day came and went back in November, and things got a little complicated when my previously mentioned DIY dad had a stroke the weekend before we were due to leave. He's okay now, thank goodness -- 100% recovery and still very DIY. Now we have a new house, a new pool, and (I have) some new jobs. For starters, I'm no longer working at IGM. I had a blast writing for them; I met a lot of nice people, a few good friends, and I learned a heck of a lot in a heck of a short amount of time. But all good things must come to an end, and ar
